The property is reserved for registered guests only. Guests have full access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage and locked storage room for house supplies.

!!!Key House Rules!!!:
• The regular nightly rate covers up to 8 guests. All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night.
• No animals are allowed on the property. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO PARTIES and EVENTS, Quiet Hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including balcony and patio area . $500 fine per violation.
• NO SHOES in the house.
. Noise Ordinance
The City of Seattle enforces a noise ordinance from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends and legal holidays. Please respect our
neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during these quiet hours.
• Smart Lock Access:
The property is equipped with a smart lock for easy and secure self check-in. Guests will receive a unique access code before arrival.
• Security camera is located above the garage door monitoring exterior spaces only
• 【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Guests are kindly asked to sort garbage and recyclables into the appropriate bins located in the shared common trash collection area. If you’re unsure where items go, simply leave them inside the house — our cleaning crew will handle disposal.
• Fireplace for decoration only. Please do not turn it on
• Garage is not accessible to guests
• The door from the bedroom on the first floor to the private patio is locked at all time for security purpose.
