**Floor Plan**
• Ground Floor: Garage, guest bedroom with trundle twin bed. Workstation and Smart TV. Back patio.
• Second Level: Open concept kitchen and living room with portable AC, powder room, Smart TV, workstation, balcony.
• Third Level: Primary bedroom with queen-sized bed, portable AC, vanity, and private en suite bathroom with a shower. Guest bedroom with queen size bed, portable AC, and workstation. Bathroom with tub and shower.

There is garage parking for one vehicle, and another smaller vehicle may park in front of the garage as long as it doesn't block the neighbors. Otherwise, there is street parking that guests must abide to city parking rules.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit.

For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $180. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each.

**Additional Important Details**
• Portable AC units are only available for the warmer summer months, June through September.
• There is parking for one small/mid size vehicle in the garage, and another small/mid size vehicle in front of the garage as long as you do not block the neighbors. Otherwise there is street parking and guests must abide to Seattle parking rules.
• This dwelling is a townhome and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. Refer to the above description for the detailed layout by floor.
• While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.

**House Rules**
• Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home.
• NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.
