Located on the 2nd floor with:
• Two high‑top tables
• Flexible layout for meals, remote work, or gatherings

Guests have full access to the entire home. Smart Lock entry provides easy, keyless access. Check‑in instructions, lock code, Wi‑Fi info, and local tips are sent the day before arrival.
Parking:
• There is no designated or assigned parking for our unit.
• Free street parking with no time limits is available a short walk from the property.

House Rules:
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:
• No parties/events/bachelor or bachelorette stays — violation results in a $1,500 fine and possible cancellation without refund
• Quiet hours: 9:30 PM–8 AM
• No smoking or vaping — $1,000 fine for violations
• No pets — unauthorized pets incur up to $1,000 fee
• No mail or packages delivered to the property
• Adult supervision required for children
• Unplug appliances and turn off stove/oven/AC/heater when leaving
• Sort and manage trash/recycling regularly
Note: The home features multiple levels and stairs, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns.

Angel (the host) was great at communicating before and during our stay and was able to offer great suggestions on places to go and see in the surrounding area. The unit was very clean and worked out well for our group of 9!

This place was great. It was close to Pike Place Market and Climate Pledge Arena. The condo was clean and well stocked. The host was responsive and wonderful to work with.

This house was great for our family as we explored Seattle and the surrounding area. Everything was as advertised. Super easy check-in and a very responsive host. Living space is somewhat limited which wasn’t a problem for us since we were out and about each day but might not work as well for a group wanting to stay in. We would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, my stay was great. Parking was super easy to find, and the walk to the complex wasn’t bad at all. The place was really clean and felt comfortable as soon as I got there. The location was perfect too, everything was close by, so the drives were short, and I could even walk to a lot of spots because of how close everything was. And Angel was so easy to communicate with the whole time, always quick to respond. Overall, it was a really smooth and enjoyable stay.
