This fully furnished, one-bedroom daylight basement apartment (with 78" ceilings) combines contemporary style with warmth, offering everything you need for a home away from home.
The apartment features a private entrance, a full eat-in kitchen with new appliances, including a range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a spacious open living area with a full sofa sleeper. The full bathroom includes a tub and shower, and you’ll also have access to our charming backyard space with outdoor furnishings and barbecue. The property is equipped with a new full-sized washer and dryer, high-definition satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.

We’re only two blocks from major east-west and north-south routes, with downtown Seattle, the University of Washington, Seattle Pacific University, Lake Union, The Locks, and Golden Gardens all a quick bus or car ride away.
