I mostly liked the hotel's location, breakfast, view, lobby, and taxi service. Additionally, reception personnel were very helpful in answering my questions about the city. When we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night, hundreds of customers left the hotel safely. The hotel staff was very helpful and smiling.

The buzz in the foyer. The check-in staff. The laundry facilities. The gym. The size of the rooms and the sofa bed. The speed of the elevators.
The breakfast - it's a mess! The food itself is below standard. Over packaged, over cooked, over processed - other than the fruit there was not 1 other item that was healthy and without added sugars. Extremely disappointing. Cut the sugars!!
