Gemütlich, sehr nette Gastgeber (auch wenn man sie nur online kennt). Habe erneut gebucht, es gibt 4 Wohnungen im Haus.W

Super sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Waschmaschine.. eigener Eingang, eigener Parkplatz!! Alles super!

Wenn Busse oder LKWs vorbeifahren wackelt das Haus. Da kann aber nur die Stadt was für, wenn diese die Straße sanieren würde. Man erschreckt sich beim ersten mal, aber das ist eigentlich kein Problem.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ruhig geschlafen.

Für Leute die mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen, wäre es hilfreich, wenn man angeben würde, wie man die Unterkunft mit diesen Mitteln zu erreichen wäre (BusNr., Name der Station, die günstige Bahnstation zu der Unterkunft ist nicht Herzogenrath sondern Kohlscheid) Zum Glück ist die Gastgeberin sehr zuvorkommend gewesen und hat uns mit dem Auto vom Kohlscheid Bahnhof abgeholt. An dieser Stelle sei ihr nochmals herzlich gedankt.

Insgesamt haben wir uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt

Genau auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten und in Herzogenrath,wo Freunde von uns wohnen.

Es fehlen immernoch die schon im letzten Jahr angemerkten Frühstücksteller ,die nachgerüstet werden sollten …und dass es sehr nach Motoröl riecht,wenn man im Bad lüften möchte …

Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Auch wenn die Geräte in der Küche nicht die neuesten sind so war doch alles funktional. Ich hatte alles was ich brauchte zur Verfügung.

Eine Wohnung mit Potential

Die Wohnung war eigentlich sehr sauber und völlig ausreichend für eine Übernachtung. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und der Vermieter sehr freundlich und kurzfristig zu erreichen.

Der Außenbereich bräuchte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit.

Für die zwei Übernachtungen ganz ok.

Die Unterkunft im Haus war bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten ok.

1. Eine Stolperfalle zur Küche. Eine großer Absatz ohne optischer Kennzeichnung. 2. Die Vorderansicht vom Haus war top aber der Hinterhof war ein einziger Schrottplatz. 2 Schrottautos und jede Menge sonstiges Gerümpel und der Freisitz davor.
