A pleasant stay !!

It was a full equipped apartment with a large parking, in nice price.

For me it wasn’t a big issue but if you have a problem with stairs, probably will not be comfortable.

I made it work for me.

The house was beautifully renovated. Down stairs kitchen contains all you need.

I am 66 yrs old there was no info telling me about the steep stairs for living room. More steep stairs to get into raised bed. I would of had to crawl on stomach to get into bed, not much room between matras and ceiling. I slept on the couch and left all my stuff downstairs. The stairs were an accident waiting to happen.

Lovely little find, will definitely rebook next time I visit my family.

Lovely little annex, in a great location and walking distance to the shops. Host was very helpful and responsive when contacted with queries, the room was comfortable and the shower was amazing.

Internet wasn't very strong and quite intermittent which caused a bit of an issue during a work call but luckily I didn't have to work much during my stay.

De bedden

De douche was echt ouderwets in zo’n moderne badkamer. Geen douche-slang in het bad. De keuken was niet schoon. Mijn man is 2x uitgegleden bij de trap van de voordeur toen het regende. En het was vooral heel gehorig met de kinderen van de bovenburen.

Tegenvallende uitstap

Alles is er aanwezig om er een geslaagde uitstap van te maken

Kapotte verwarming, geen internet en eens ronkende badkamer. Noodnummers reageren niet en pas een derde nummer, wat van de eigenaar was, heeft gereageerd. Deze heeft de verwarming laten repareren, echter het internet niet. Stinkende badkamer zelf opgelost door alle kranen te laten lopen en zo de afvoeren door te spoelen. Hierdoor een avond, nacht en ochtend in de kou gezeten zonder tv en internet. Tijdens het contact met de eigenaar geeft deze aan dat het hem speelt maar geen enkele tegemoetkoming gekregen voor het grote ongemak

Prima lokatie

Voor 2 personen is dit een heel ruim huisje. Beneden en boven goed je draai te maken.

Het bed. Te laag tegen het plafond. Te hard. Een topper zou al schelen maar dan kom je nog dichter tegen het plafond. We misten stopcontacten om telefoons op te laden naast het bed. Een Verlengsnoer zou een simpele oplossing zijn.

Außerordentlich schöne Wohnungen in einem sehr gepflegten Haus in gut erreichbarer Lage.

Die drei Wohnungen, die wir hatten, waren wunderschön und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Räume sind sehr einladend, modern eingerichtet und wirken noch neuwertig. Schön war, dass wir durch die Größe der Wohnungen auch in einer der Wohnungen zu mehreren zusammensitzen konnten. Der Hinterhof/Garten mit viel Bambus sieht auch sehr einladend aus, konnten wir aber aus Zeitgründen und wegen Regen nicht nutzen.

Uns haben nur Informationen über die Stockwerke der Apartments gefehlt, sonst war alles fantastisch!

Ontevreden

De buitenkant van het verblijf en de ruime badkamer.

Geen airco (het was 34 graden, dus als je op zolder blijkt te zitten is het smorend heet) en bij aankomst weigerde de verhuurder de 2 beloofde fietsen te verhuren. Ik had 3 weken daarvoor al aangegeven dat ik de fietsen wilde huren, maar hoorde daar verder niets op. Aangezien we op de fiets naar Pinkpop wilden gaan, was het een enorm probleem, want nu moesten we per bus en taxi vervoerd worden (Dat heeft ons enorm veel geld gekost!) Na een lang en zeer onaangenaam telefoontje (de verhuurder blijkt Duits en geen Nederlands te spreken) wilde Alex, de verhuurder, voor 500 euro extra borg de fietsen alsnog verhuren. Dat heb ik geweigerd. Je kunt me niet eerst weken negeren, dan op de dag zelf het beloofde weigeren, om er vervolgens extra geld voor te vragen (en dan ook nog boos worden!). Nee, dit was geen goede gastheer.

in het begin waren de sleutels omgewisseld en stonden we in het verkeerde appartement. host en uitleg allemaal in het engels en duits, was voor de collega's wat lastiger maar is goedgekomen!

Afval verwerking. In het boekje werd gevraagd of we het afval wilden scheiden. We wilden graag afval scheiden, maar er was maar 1 container voor rest afval en geen andere plek waar het werd verzameld.

Mooie Villa

Het was een bijzondere locatie met een groot appartement en een fijne tuin. Heel ruime slaapkamers, badkamer en grote leefkeuken van alle gemakken voorzien met volop apparatuur, genoeg servies en bestek! De afstand naar het centrum was te ver om te lopen maar met de auto goed te doen. Supermarkt ligt wel op loopafstand.

Er waren een paar puntjes van aandacht. De trappen naar de tuin waren nat vanwege de regen waardoor de slipmatjes juist ervoor zorgden dat er een paar mensen onderuit gingen! De tuindeur en voordeur gingen slecht open en dicht. De deur bij de badkamer klemt en er zijn geen lampjes bij het bed en wij vonden het dekbed te klein voor de grootte van het bed.

Toffe Villa

Prachtige villa met veel ruimte in het appartement. Alles ruimschoots aanwezig in de keuken. Fijne bedden en badkamer. Lekker drankje aanwezig in de koelkast en koffie en thee mogelijkheid is fijn!

Gladde trap naar buiten bij regen, te klein dekbed voor de maat van het bed, of kies voor 2 aparte dekbedden!

Prachtig appartement voor meerdaags verblijf

Hele mooi villa en een prachtig appartement op de begane grond. Smaakvol. In de keuken zijn de 1e behoeften aanwezig (koffie, thee, melk, pasta, pastasaus, suiker, olijfolie en zout en peper). Wifi is razendsnel, op TV diverse apps al vooringestalleerd. Goed bed en fijne ruime badkamer Parkeren kan achter de poort, die wel snel dicht gaat. Gelukkig wordt je daarvoor goed gewaarschuwd. Oh ja, ook heel fijn- fietsen die je mag gebruiken.

Tip: klein planchet in de douche - je douchespullen op de grond moeten zetten is lastig. Camera-beveiliging: dat geeft een unheimisch gevoel - al onze bewegingen (kunnen) worden gevolgd. Het minste wat je kunt doen is dat vooraf aangeven - nu staat het nergens.

Wie nach Hause kommen

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl und gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Ferien Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Ich würde vielleicht noch einen großen Spiegel hinzufügen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder Buchen. Schade das wir nur über ein Wochenende da waren.

Mein Man ist die Stufen zum Hinterhof leider runter gerutschten. Diese waren nass und die anti-rutschmatte auf der letzten Stufe war rutschig. Er hat sich Gottseidank nicht schlimmes getan. Gefährlich ist es jedoch schon.
