We hade a great time in this great place!

Excellent value for money! A lot of space, decent beds. Quiet. Lot of privacy. Only 15 min drive to Aachen. Beautiful walk in Wurmtal nearby. We rented the parkingcard for 5 euro per day which was very practical.

Toilet seat was not properly fixed, a door between toilet and bathroom would be convenient. Wifi was just usable. Not a full kitchen. Lighting was not particularly cozy ;-) But these are all quite minor issues.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. I was really glad that coffe for the morning was provided by the host. The beds are very comfortable and the room can be made very dark..optimal for sleeping in.

Exceptional

Very big and quiet apartment at the basement with the big window into a private garden and a pretty view of flowers. You'd have everything you need there. The room is massive! The dining area is a good size and a separate kitchen. The shower is very good and in an another room from the toilet. Everything is super clean. The apartment is 10 minutes walking from town centre and from food shops Aldi and Lidl. 2 minutes from a bus stop, if you need one. 20 minutes walking from Aquana. My children and I had a very good time and would love to stay here again! ☆♡☆ P. S. I can't attach photos for some reasons, but the room was exactly the same, except the wall was white and didn't have a photowallpaper.

Spacious family apartment with a great host.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Kitchen utensils were provided including coffee, tea, salt , detergent,sponge and dish towels. The host was really helpful and always attentive to any questions. A private parking space is available upon request and for a surcharge.

Could be good if you know that many things are missing ...

The appartement was clean, with clean linen and towels.

First, the host is not very friendly ... We paid 10 euros for an arrival at 6pm and the ad promised a parking place and a washing machine. But to have a parking place you should pay 5 euros/night to the host, if you don't have a parking space, do not mention it we could just park in the street and walk a bit ... Then you don't have washing machine and the wifi doesn't work in the whole appartement because you are in the basement, that makes also the appartement really cold and should be mentioned.

Die Kellerwohnung ist zum Bewohnen nicht geeignet.

Die Lage in der Nähe zum Klinikum, zum vietnamesichen Restaurant und zum Bäcker . Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung liegt im Keller eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Es gab nur ein einziges Fenster im Wohn-Schlafbereich, das aber durch die spezielle Lage nur wenig LIcht hereinließ. Zudem war es trotz der Außentemperatur von 27 Grad kalt. Wir mussten die Heizung betätigen. Für den Fernseher und die Induktionskochplatten in der Küche gab es keine Bedienungsanleitung. Mein Mann konnte somit nichts aufwärmern. Da ich für 2 Tage im nahegelegenen Klinikum behandelt wurde, war der einzige Pluspunkt die Nähe zum Klinikum und der kurze Fußweg zum Bäcker um die Ecke, der sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem ok. Wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und Duschen dort.

Für uns war es sehr befremdlich, wie egoistisch Nachbarn sein können, indem sie eine Parkbucht, für 3 Autos, so zuparken, dass ein drittes Auto nicht mehr mittig parken kann. Da sich in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Krankenhaus befindet, sah es mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen nicht so gut aus.

Gerne wieder.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, alles sehr sauber, alles vorhanden in Küche und Bad. Ein Bäcker mit Cafe ist ganz in der Nähe.

Es war nur eine Nachttischlampe auf einer Seite des Doppelbettes da.
