Great Apartment - value for money

This was ideal for what we needed. It was close to Aachen, and very spacious. Exactly what we needed for our stay. We even received a nice bottle of wine upon arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal when we arrived. They even had a camping cot should you need it and the room was very spacious with a lot of cupboards to pack out everything.

Not a negative - but something to consider travelling with kids. The apartment welcomes kids, but the furniture and decor is not the most kid friendly, and there is quite a few things that stands around that could potentially break easy, as the host is very clear on not to damage to his things (which I completely agree upon).

Heerlijke plek!

Het is een fantastisch appartement met veel comfort. Veel ruimte en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Heerlijk bed, een hele fijne bank.

Er viel niets tegen. Wel wat tips.... Het zou wel fijn zijn als er naast het bed ook iets van een (gezellig) lampje zou staan. Het kleine lampje naast de bank in de woonkamer deed het niet. Het is wat gehorig. Je hoort met name de bovenburen veel lopen en schuiven.

Da der Betreiber sieben Stunden Zeit hat die Wohnung zu reinigen und zu kontrollieren, waren wir sehr enttäuscht was alles defekt war. Im Schlafzimmer war die Spiegelkommode defekt! Die Knöpfe waren innen und Ecken rausgebrochen bzw. ein großer Riss. Die Deckenlampe hatte nur noch eine funktionierende Glühbirne, die Steckdose auf dem Kopfteil vom Bett (sollen wohl die bettnahen Steckdosen ersetzen) war defekt, aus einer Ecke kam ein ungesicherter Stecker raus. Keine Nachttischlampen. In der Küche waren abgelaufene Kaffeesahnetöpfchen. Im Wohnzimmer war ebenso die Spiegelkommode kaputt. Die Wohnung war eiskalt- 16 ° C. Wir haben die Thermostate verändert, aber an der Temperatur änderte sich zuerst nichts. Nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das 30 Minuten bis zu einer Stunde dauern würde. Zum Teil hat es vier Stunden gedauert. Die Beschreibung im Internet was alles in der Wohnung ist, sollte auch nochmal überarbeitet werden- Wäschetrockner, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Bügeleinrichtung, Bügeleisen- nicht bei uns vorhanden

Mooie ruime studio's. Foto's zijn zoals het is. Goed bed. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Fijne douche. Rustig gelegen. Op loopafstand van bakker, bus en centrum. We mochten een uurtje later vertrekken.

Im Großen und Ganzen ok

Es ist eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft! Modern und übersichtlich im Mobiliar. In dem Bett konnte man sehr gut schlafen! Die Matratze hatte eine gute Festigkeit!

Leider war der Kühlschrank nicht gereinigt (Foto's wurden gemacht) Der kleine Gefrierschrank sah noch gruseliger aus. Die unterste Schublade defekt und eingefroren. Der Backofen ist voll mit eingebrannt Fett, so wie das Backblech und der Rost. Kein schöner Anblick. Ich würde mir nichts darin aufbacken! Dann steht in der Hausordnung, dass das Rauchen untersagt ist. Das widerspricht sich aber mit dem Aschenbecher und den ausgedrückten Zigaretten auf dem Sims des Küchenfenster... Auch die Menge des Geschirr's war sehr übersichtlich und zusammen gewürfelt. Ein Sieb, zum Beispiel zum Nudeln abgießen, wäre schön gewesen.

Schön aber ohne TV Empfang

Lage und optische Gestaltung der Wohnung

Für meine Tante und Onkel beide um die 70 Jahre war es leider nicht möglich TV und da speziell ARD und ZDF zu sehen, da es kein normalen TV Empfang gab sondern "nur" über Browser / Fire TV Stick. Das wussten wir leider nicht und war sehr schade.

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Und das Bett… ein Traum. Hab lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen 🙂
