Exceeding expectations

The apartment is modern, spacious, spotless and well-equipped from kitchen to bedroom, from laundry to bathroom. The check-in process is seamless (unless technology scares you), and the host is super responsive. We felt completely at home and would gladly return.

Every little detail has been thought through, and it shows. The space is not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable and functional. We felt right at home the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable, clean, and smart. I had some trouble checking in because I couldn't figure out how to use the touch panel lock system, but the owner kindly assisted me over the phone.

I think it would have been smoother if they had provided photo instructions in advance about how to use the touch panel.

The property is well equipped (including a comprehensive range of kitchen utensils), clean and easy to find. It is in a quiet neighbourhood with easy parking and within walking distance of a small supermarket. It is a short drive (or bus ride) to Aachen and a good base to explore the area from.

The appartement was very big and very spacious. The whole house is very modern and the lights are operated by a touchscreen. The whole apartment was spotless. We received a warm welcome with fresh fruit and beer in the fridge. The apartment is located 15 min away from the city center of Aachen and offers a free parking space.

Ruim appartement op de begane grond van groot woonhuis met eigen ingang in een rustig dorp vlak bij Aken. Zeer compleet qua voorzieningen. Goed 2 persoons bed. Privé parkeerplaats.

Beeindruckend modern

Die große und piekfeine barrierefreie Wohnung, im Erdgeschoß gelegen, entspricht genau den Bildern und ist eine Spielwiese für Computerkids. Haustür, Licht, Außenjalousien und Nachttemperatur werden mit Tippen und Wischen an mehreren Smarthome Bildschirmen ausgewählt. Für Leute mit einem Smartphone und/oder Tablet ein Kinderspiel. Der Fernseher hat Streaming Programme. Alles da wie von DVB-T/S/C Nutzern bekannt, nur eben woanders versteckt. Und noch viel mehr. Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber, wie nagelneu. Alles war da wie annonciert. Tolle Bodenfliesen in der ganzen Wohnung. Moderner Küchenblock mit Mikrowellenfunktion im Herd. Vor der Ankunft erhält man vom Besitzer den Türcode und weitere Hinweise zur Nutzung des Smarthome. Eigener Stellplatz am Haus für das Auto. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Kleine Wermutstropfen: Das Haus hat nicht abstellbare Zwangsbelüftung, die ein leises Grundrauschen produziert. Man gewöhnt sich dran. Der völlig überdimensionierte Kühlgefrierschrank läuft fast ständig, da meist nahezu leer. Schade drum.

Luxe appartement.

We verbleven 1 nacht in dit huis. Het huis heeft een hele fijne sfeer en is luxueus met twee volledige badkamers. Woon en eetgedeelte is gescheiden door een complete keuken. Communicatie met verhuurder was zeer goed. We voelden ons hier thuis.

Niet veel. Het lukte ons niet om de temperatuur in het huis te verlagen. Deze stond ingesteld op 23 graden. Informatie over de afval kwamen we niet uit. Waarschijnlijk door taalbarrière.

Fijne accommodatie op korte afstand van Aken.

We vonden het een heel prettig huis om in te verblijven. Mooie grote ruimtes, 2 badkamers. Het was er brandschoon. Compleet uitgeruste keuken.

Er waren werkzaamheden aan de straat waaraan het huis ligt. Dit wisten we niet van tevoren. Dit gaf erg vroeg al geluidsoverlast waardoor we vroeg wakker werden. Voor komende gasten zou ik aanraden om dit eerder te communiceren. Wij zijn geen uitslapers, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat dit voor andere gasten een probleem zou kunnen zijn.

Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Zudem verlief in der Kommunikation alles unkompliziert und transparent. Der wesentliche Informationsfluss für alle Bereiche (z.b. Türcode, Wlan, Fernseher, Licht-und Rollofunktion bei Smart home) war perfekt. Das zufällige persönliche Treffen bei Abreise war angenehm und warmherzig.
