Heel vriendelijke en correcte gastheer die snel en concreet communiceerde. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Mooie service dat je mee mag nemen wat van het ontbijt over is.

Geweldig.Zeer gastvrij.

Fantastisch overvloed aan producten wij kwamen van den Helder en konden wat over was meenemen omdat het een lange terugreis was. Er was vanaf het begin veel interesse in voor wat wij gingen doen. Toen wij dat hadden meegedeeld kregen wij heel veel bruikbare informatie wat een zeer warm welkom voor ons was. Wij gingen naar Het geluk van Limburg kregen huissleutel en kamersleutel mee en konden het zo laat maken als we wilden.

Er was nergens iets op aan te merken. Alles was in een woord perfect. Zullen als we weer naar het Zuiden gaan wederom boeken bij deze locatie.

De ontvangst was heel netjes.de bedden zijn heel goed te slapen nette badkamer en ontbijt was heel netje verzorgt. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug

Waar voor je geld?!?

De in eerste instantie gestelde prijs voor een overnachting in een B&B in deze vorm (slaapkamer/badkamer in woning op eerste etage). Daarnaast de locatie was uitstekend voor mijn reisdoel.

De bijkomende verborgen kosten welke als eerste werden voorgehouden. Hiermee bedoel ik niet de gemeentelijke toeristen belasting maar de servicekosten. Booking zou dit beter I.o.m. de uitbater moeten communiceren. Daarnaast het geluid van een uurwerk dat ieder heel en half uur in de nacht zich laat horen.

Heel goed ontvangen en staat écht voor je klaar en locatie is top!

Het is een hele geschikte locatie. Vlakbij het centrum zonder de nadelen ervan. Rustig gelegen in een ruime woonwijk. Ook ideaal met gratis parkeren voor de deur. En ruimte genoeg om te parkeren. Ook fijn dat je een verdieping voor jezelf hebt zonder het écht te boeken. Goed uitgeruste kamer met koffieapparaat, thee en minibar. Ik kreeg een uitstekend ontbijt! Er zit daar een ontzettend goed Grieks restaurant, een aanrader! Ik ben door de eigenaar heel goed geholpen met adresjes voor uiteten en werd een dag later opgebeld hoe het met mij ging:) Heel aardig en attent.

Het is heel persoonlijk, voor mij was het matras en het kussen aan de harde kant. Maar dat is ook puur aan lengte, gewicht en soort slaper. Uiteindelijk vrij goed geslapen! Marktplein is leuk in Kerkrade, buiten het marktplein had ik niet heel veel te zoeken.

Fijn overnachtingsadres.

De woning ligt in een heel nette wijk. De ontvangst door Rene was uiterst vriendelijk. Mijn fiets stond veilig achter slot en grendel. De badkamer is op de gang maar geen probleem omdat de tweede gastenkamer niet wordt gebruikt. Een uitgebreid mooi ontbijt werd op de kamer gebracht. Voor de lunch kreeg ik lekkere dingen mee. Kortom, een gastheer die zijn gast verwend.

Sehr nett untergekommen

Rene ist super nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist nicht modern, aber sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, besser als in manchem Hotel

Die Kissen sind sehr hart und prall. Da war der steife Nacken mitgebucht. Die Bettdecken wären mit viel weniger Weichspüler genauso schön, aber sie waren frisch gewaschen👍

Rustig gelegen verblijf om mooi te fietsen in de omgeving

Vriendelijke René. Comfortabel bed. Rustige omgeving. Gelukkig was de aparte badkamer voor mij alleen omdat ik de enige gast was. De 2 andere kamers waren gelukkig gesloten.

Jammer dat het huis zelf zo gehorig is, ik hoorde fel de stemmen van de eigenaars en de tv en doortrekken van de wc beneden. Gelukkig in een rustige doodlopende straat. Om 10u ten laatste moet je uitchecken, dat vind ik toch wat snel, 11u vind ik een beter uur....

Een uitstekend verblijf om Kerkrade te ontdekken en de uitstapjes te maken naar Valkenburg etc.

Je wordt gasvrij ontvangen. Het ochtend ontbijt is uitzonderlijk goed. Het persoonlijk vervoer naar een eet bestemming, zonder zorgen waar je de auto moet parkeren.

Ik heb geen punten, dat me tegen viel.

Ruhig gelegene Unterkunft

Wohl die einzige Unterkunft, die ich schon mehr als ein Mal bereist habe. Sehr, sehr sauber, sehr ruhige Lage, René ist sehr offen und freundlich, das Frühstück ist auf jeden Fall so gestaltet, dass ich auch für den Heimreisetag genug Snacks habe, ich komme gerne wieder.
