Apartment Manhattan no very awful

Couldn't find the place found the address but it was not a apartment block for people to rent it was an resistant apartment block The taxi driver took us to this place and we asked some of the residents and they didn't know nothing about it so we went to the address on the phone so we got there and couldn't find the place We text them and they gave us another address so we got going there and it was the same place where the taxi driver took us to

So we rang 445 and a lady answer and we got let in to see what we can do next We couldn't find the place they said it was no 14 in this block of flats no 445 to get in it was 1224 for the key it was no good so we went and booked another hotel at 00.30 to get a room My brother David went and booked hotel Cecil and cost us another £623 quid it was very very bad we got inside hotel Cecil at 02.00

Nice apartament for a great price.

Free private parking, cozy vibes. The main room is really nice, with dining table for 4 persons, sofa and chair. You feel very welcomed inside it.

The only complaints are lack of spoons or forks in kitchen (maybe we just couldn't find them). Also, sofa in the living room, that can be used for 2 persons sleeping is a bit worn out and soft, as are the pillows. Maybe some persons like it, but for me it was too soft. Perhaps as a suggestion I would put one extra pillow that is a bit harder.

Very clear communication with the host. Good location with parking. Everything we needed was available in the apartment.

The sofa in the living room was not comfortable for sleeping. The apartment is perfect for two people, but not really for 4 with the current sofa.

Expectations not met at all.

It has not happen often, but I have to give negative feedback on this stay. We stayed only for one night in this apartment. We looked forward to our stay because the apartment has beautiful decor and seemed very nice. When we arrive we could not locate the keys as per arrangement. It was not the owner's mistake. Previous occupants made a mistake and left it in the wrong place (which the owner didn't even know). However, when we informed the owner that the key were not in the key box as it should, he told us that it is inconvenient for him to come and assist! He insisted that we try to retrieve it from a postal box in the building. We were very hot and tired - arriving in the midst of the severe heat wave - and then had to think of a plan to get hold of the key inside the postbox. We made a tool ourselves and eventually managed to grab the key. We also requested way before our arrival for our daughter to be added as a guest. The owner indeed prepared some bedding for her. No bed was made - we had to make it ourselves and then there was only the raw linen - no pillow case or a duvet cover. Lastly, the beautiful apartment is it not kept well at all. The door handle in the toilet was broken and ALL the plates and porridge bowls were chipped. It is a pity that this is only a money machine to the owner and the focus is definitely not on the comfort of the guests.

It is a modern, large and clean apartment with many facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, modern TV...

On Booking it is stated there is airconditioning while in reality there is no airconditioning at all in the apartment. The owner didn't respond when we asked questions about the airconditioning.

L'enfer

A FUIR.

Pas de chauffage, logement très sale, équipements en panne ou inexistant. Pas d'eau chaude fréquemment, grosses coupures d'électricité, pas de réseau wifi, le concierge n'a pas trouvé de solution approprié, J'AI DU FUIR LE LOGEMENT, étant dans le noir, pas de lumière, pas d'électricité donc impossible de se restaurer et de vivre tout simplement, devoir se déplacer avec la lumière de son téléphone mais ne pas pouvoir recharger son téléphone car pas de courant. J'ai contacté le concierge MATTHIEU, pour lui demander un autre logement, chose qu'il n'a pas fait, j'ai du RELOUER un hébergement, mais j'avais réservé du vendredi au vendredi suivant, et MATTHIEU refuse de me rembourser le week-end et la semaine et de plus, ignore mes messages, m'a bloqué sur WhatsApp et m'a escroqué de ce fait 315 euros .😠. A FUIR . J'ai fais une vidéo mais je ne peux pas la partager. DOMMAGE.

Annonce mensongère

L'annonce au départ ...qui s'est révélée mensongère.

Annonce mensongère mentionnant une climatisation ( réservation faite le matin même et semaine caniculaire avec un bébé de 5mois). En lisant les commentaires d'anciens voyageurs, je m'aperçois que la climatisation pose souci, j'écris à l'établissement qui me répond par l'affirmative sur la présence d'une clim, j'insiste un peu et j'explique que je suis avec un bébé, l'établissement fini par m'avouer, qu'elle n'est soit disant pas réparée. Je demande l'annulation de la réservation et le remboursement et là l'établissement refuse, du grand n'importe quoi. Je n'ai pas l'intention d'en rester là car je suis allée à l'hôtel et j'ai dû payer une autre réservation. Je n'admets pas que Booking laisse des annonces mensongères sur leur site.

Nous avons tout aimé : les locaux spacieux, agréables, lumineux, très bien équipé, la tranquillité, le confort de la literie, le parking privatif gratuit et la proximité des transports en commun et des commerces. Un grand merci à Matthieu pour ses conseils et sa sollicitude.

Es war soweit in Ordnung und das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist gut. Die Instruktionen zutreffend und einfach zu verstehen.

Es war nicht ganz einfach, den richtigen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir hatten Hilfe von einem Anwohner. Das Sofabett im Wohnzimmer ist nicht bequem und wackelt stark. Das Haus und das Apartment sind hellhörig. Die Lage ist für eine Alleinreisende Frau nur bedingt zu empfehlen.

Le confort du canapé est à revoir ( canapé à changer) Difficile de trouver les couverts ; Ils sont cachés dans un tiroir en dessous de la plaque chauffante et dans un autre tiroir avec les poêles & casseroles. Les piles de la télécommande du décodeur sont HS donc TV non utilisable !

Die Lage und die EInrichtung... mehr nicht

Im Normalfall wird man mit check in infos kontaktiert, ich habe 1 Tag davor eine 10km lange nachricht auf booking erhalten mit wichtigen infos, ALLES IN FRANZÖSISCH. Booking übersetzt es nicht ich musste die Nachricht extra online übersetzen, jedoch ist die viel zu lang also sollte ich die auch splitten, unnötiger stress. Ich finde wrenigstens solche wichtigen infos sollen auf ENGLISCH sein, was die International sprache ist . wir kamen an für 1 nacht und durften erst ab 17 uhr einchecken.. Frechheit und dafür vollen preis auch zahlen! wir mussten uns im parkplatz umziehen, weil wir auch unsere Koffer nciht ablegen durften. Es hieß das zimmer soll geputzt werden... Ich hatte also sauberkewit erwartet-Das zimmer war sehr dreckig, voller staub auf den ablagen, die küche komplett mit abdrücken betatscht , der boden in stellen auch dreckig und auch im schlafzimmer staubig ohne ende. frag mich was bis 17 uhr geputzt wurden ist. kommunikation war grausam und im zimmer angekommen war es nicht sauber und es wurde für 2 Personen statt 3 vorbereitet. Somit keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher für die 3 Person. als wir angerufen hatten, wurden uns gleich die sachen gebracht und das war gut, aber wir waren schon von den rest einfach zu enttäsucht .
