羽田ハウスⅠ _ Haneda House Ⅰ

付近のライブイベントのために利用しました。 駅も近く、思っていたよりアクセスが良かったです。 家の中や設備も清掃が行き届いていて、気持ちよく利用できました。 チェックアウトの際もスタッフの方がスムーズに対応してくださり、とてもありがたかったです。

宿泊施設自体がとても綺麗でよかったです。立地もよく、近くにコインラインドリー、コンビニ、レストラン、スーパーマーケットもあり便利でした。住宅街のため静かな感じで快適でした。

マニュアルではセーフボックスから鍵を取り出して入室する手筈でしたが、その鍵が入っておらず困惑しました。管理者に電話をかけて初めて入室の仕方が違う（デジタルキー）ことを告げられました。また、入り口のロックがそのデジタルキーのみでセキュリティー面が少し不安でした。

ポットのコードが届く電源が冷蔵庫の上で 少々危ない感じがした 階段上にすぐに手前に開くドアがあるのが少し怖かった

The front door password provided by Booking.com did not work. We were stuck in the road for a long time. We had to make international routed call to reach the help desk and took lot of time to get the correct password to unlock the door. All this happened late in the night. Moreover the 24hr contact number given does not work. The Beds were pathetic...You can feel the spring and there was no cushion. We requested for 1 or 2 hour extension which they did not permit. We even offered to pay extra fee but staff did not accept.
