Quick to get to from train station

The door code wouldn’t always work when I was pressing on it to open the key box which was a bit frustrating.

Site information was detailed, getting the key form the lock box was easy once details were read properly. I even assisted another client with her room entry as she was finding that unit a little difficult.

Property was located in a very quiet suburban area, room was clean, neat, all items as listed were there. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, water temperature was easily adjusted. Being 188cm (6'2") tall I would have liked a slightly larger shower/bath combo but this wasnt a big deal.

It was a nice little unit, bed not very comfortable and needs more pillows. However it’s very far from anything exciting, close to the airport HND, just 2 stops. However I was not impressed with the management. We were coming back to Tokyo a day earlier, so I messaged to see if the property was available a day earlier, and yes it was. However the price was so high, it was the same that we paid for 4 nights. I said no thanks and went somewhere else. When we did get to the area, we could not find it, had to ask several locals. Management said we could store our luggage at the station, we assumed the station we got off to get to the property, Nope !! Then looked all around for a place to store it, Nope !! I texted them and they said at the station! Which one ?? We were not getting back on the subway to go store luggage and then come back!! So we found the property and sat outside literally for 4 hours !!!! They have cameras so I’m sure they knew we were there. I messaged them to see if we could get in sooner than 3, Nope !! Now check in was 4 , it was being cleaned. Well we were sitting right in front of the door so we knew NO ONE was there cleaning. We were extremely pissed off.. finally at 4pm we opened the door and the room was already set. Then we remembered that we had messaged them the day before !! So the property was empty, because he offered it a day earlier for over $36,000 yen for one night. When we paid $40,000 for 4 nights. I guess he would rather it sit empty than give us a deal. But knowing the room was empty and cleaned and that we sat outside for literally 4 hours pissed us off, and they would not let us cancel. On principle I would NOT stay here again

The management had no respect, no compassion, and just down right lied to us. Out of all the places we stayed during our 3 weeks in Japan, this place had the worst manager/owner. These people were just money hungry greedy people.
