外見は古いですが、中は新築同様で、とても気持ちよく利用できました。浴槽もあったので、疲れた体を癒すことができました。また、浴室内に乾燥設備も着いていたので洗濯助かりました。
結果はかなり、お得と感じました。
2階の一室に、エアコンが無いのがきついです。これから設置なのか？わかりませんが、冬は我慢できても夏はやばいです。もう、一室を解放して、扇風機で、冷気を送って、寝れました。家族利用としてはいいですが。友達利用としてはきついと思います。
自炊ありで、利用しましたが、炊飯器がなくて、残念です。あと、ザルとボールも欲しいです。
ガス台は使用不可で、IH一連だけ、ガスが使えないなら、ガス台の上に、IHを置ける工夫をして欲しい。換気扇も使用しやすいし。調理スペースもうまれる。
テレビとソファーの位置を代えて欲しい。アンテナ線の出る場所がソファー側で、線が邪魔になった。
トイレの施錠ができません。施工不良？
外国人利用が、多いのか、できれば、洗面器と椅子が、風呂場に欲しいです。
長々とすいません。是非ご検討ください。

Is is a very clean place close to the station and to the airport. Good for a layover or a short stay.
The place is too small for larger family or groups. We are a family of 5 , tall people and it was a struggle to navigate around the apartment, even without the luggage. Luckily we just wanted to sleep after a long flight.
