位落於京急蒲田站附近，交通便利，鄰近商圈有商店街、餐廳、超市、藥粧店生活機能相當便利，但也因為位落於商區，樓下即是幾間小酒吧，無法避免的會有吵雜的問題，淺眠者須考慮這點。位置離東京市中心有段距離，有安排到東京車站搭其他交通工具出行的需額外多抓時間轉車，或走約10分鐘到蒲田站會少轉幾次車比較方便。反而離橫濱較近，去橫濱可以直接由蒲田站過去，有預訂去橫濱的可以考慮。
沒有電梯需自行扛行李走狹窄的螺旋樓梯，一不小心行李箱會插出樓梯外，有卡到幾次，且一次一人行走，須注意。

L'emplacement à 2mn à pied de la gare. Kombini et plein de restaurants dans le quartier. Logement agréable et facile à chauffer. À 25mn de Haneda, donc parfait pour une nuit avant un transit vers l'aéroport.
Le karaoke tous les soir jusqu'à 23h passé. Seulement 2 chaises pour manger don't une cassée. Les lits sont mous, donc si vous avez des problèmes de dos, à éviter...
