Excellent communication and help and friendliness. Comfortable bed and had all needed inside the place
The bathroom set up is a bit getting used to, loose small bathtub on blocks with manual hand shower

タオルや消耗品も揃っていて良かった 暖房もよくきき寒い時期だったけど夜は暖房を消していても寒くなかった 場所も駅近だし、交通の便も良い割に住宅街なので騒音もなく良かった
中長期滞在としては炊飯器とテレビがほしかった 食器がガラス製品が多く、茶碗類がなかったので使いづらかった

The apartment had good facilities, a clean room area, and friendly staff. We didn’t have any trouble finding it, which was a positive sign.
The toilet and bathroom were not very clean, and the facilities were not even working. For instance, the bidet in the toilet was not functioning. There was no warm water facility in the washbasin and kitchen sink. The water part was bearable because the shower area had warm water. However, the experience was ruined by the bidet in the toilet not working. We were unable to use the bathroom because of that.
