離住宿地點最近的公車站(堤坊橋站)走路3分鐘，可以搭到JR(大森站)；最近的地鐵(池上站)走路10分鐘。 附近走路3分鐘有超商、小超市，池上地鐵站外也有超市。唐吉訶德MEGA店在大森JR車站旁。 家裡網路速度穩定、環境整潔、床偏軟(床包下有多墊一層被子，不習慣可先抽出) 有提供雨傘、智慧電視、免治馬桶、廁所紙是厚的、有備女性生理用品！廁所洗衣間都有對外窗。
陽台沒有電燈所以晚上比較危險一點、有提供廚具但沒有提供調味品需要自行購買、 和室有兩張雙人床但相對擁擠沒有甚麼走路空間、屋內電燈有燈罩身高170以上容易撞到。
