10/10 stay experience! ✨ The place was super clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was very convenient as well — near konbini, close to the station and easy access to the airport, which made travelling around Tokyo so much easier. As Muslim travellers, we also found this area very comfortable because halal food was easy to find nearby, especially around Kamata and Ikegami Station. It really made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. The host was very kind and responsive, always replying quickly whenever we needed help. Very details guide to check in using door and gate. Truly one of the best stays during our trip. Highly recommended! 🤍 Things to improve: It would be great if there was a dish drying rack/strainer because after washing dishes, we were not sure where to place them and the sink area became a little wet. An iron would also be very helpful for travellers 😊

I think the only thing I don’t like is… having to check out already 😂 Wish we could stay longer hahaha! Other than that, everything was amazing ✨

The instructions for entering the room are clear. However, the instructions provided for opening the commonly used entrance gate are unclear for people who have not used such locks before. It would be better if they were explained step by step. This is important because the lock interface is in Japanese.

Properly is fine for 2 adults but with children I don’t recommend it for comfortable stay.

There is no cleaning staff available until your duration of stay. Checkout timing is too early . Iron not available . Also too far from nearest train station.

2路線利用できるので近隣に用があって滞在する人には便利だと思います。都内観光とかなら不便。

備品が必要最低限なので長期利用時は購入品が増える（洗剤がない、トイレットペーパーが1ロールのみなど）
