Ideally located very near from the Toyoko Line, you can go pretty much anywhere in Tokyo without much hassle. The place is clean, the toilets and bathroom are spacious, and there's everything to quickly cook at home (microwave, kettle pot, etc), also a washing machine. Very important point for someone who traveled a bit in Japan, the beds are really confy, something that it's not usually the case. To finish, there's every convenience stores at maybe three minutes at foot, so it's great for late night snacks.
Even if the metro station is near, every tourist spot is a bit far and you will have usually 40 to 60 minutes of travel to go to the most well known places like Akihabara or Shinjuku. If you are here for a bit, it's not really an issue, but if you have to visit quickly Tokyo, it can be problematic.
