The apartment was beautiful. The owner responded very quick to answer questions
It was very far from the city center, and the apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. I would not recommend it to families traveling with children or to those with large luggage. There is no closet to store your clothes, so you need to keep them in your luggage throughout your stay. Additionally, there is a CCTV camera facing the entrance door, which we found to be an invasion of privacy.

Great local location and close to Haneda (though we flew into Narita but was still pretty easy to get to). The apartment is small but as expected for Tokyo and we just used it for sleeping and is super close to the station. There are some great local restaurants nearby - we found the Italian particularly good.
There was limited kitchen equipment would be the only criticism but wasn't really an issue as we were mainly eating out - it would be great to have some tips and hints for Tokyo/Japan e.g. using storage lockers in Tokyo and the luggage service (we stored our things at the airport rather than bring it all the way into Tokyo as we were heading skiing afterwards) but that is generally for anywhere we stay rather than specific to Dove House.

The bed is one of the comfiest beds I have ever experienced, something that suprised me😅the communication was very good, and also very nice
