Location is rather nice. Cake shop, bakery and supermarket right next door, with other great restaurants nearby. Short walk to either Keikyu Kamata station or Kamata JR station. Lovely area. For the same price as a hotel, you get a much nicer and larger place to stay in, with hotel-level amenities and free usage of a washing machine included. Overall, a nice stay.

It was more spacious than expected and the air conditioning was perfect, which was needed especially for the hot weather. The location was great aswell, being near a big train station. The staff was always responsive.
There are no elevators so being on the top floor is rather difficult.

ulaşım gayet kolay . sakin bir yerde. marketlere yakın. metroya ve tanvay duraklarına yürüme mesafesinde.
temizlik yetersizdi. mutfak araçları yetersiz tv konumu kötü yatak biraz daha büyük olabilirdi. büyük oda diye tutmuştuk ama bence küçük bir odaydı. asansör olmaması da kötü koridor dar büyük valizle inmesi ve çıkması çok yorucu.
