新しくて、室内設備の全てが綺麗でした。 駅から徒歩30秒ほどでとにかく近くて便利でした。

若干室内の加齢臭のような匂いが気になりました。 ソファなのかカーテンなのか、匂いの元がわからないですが、チェックアウトするまで気になりました。

The room was spacious compared to budget hotels in Tokyo. Great apartment amenities you won't get in a hotel like washing machine, clothes dryer in the shower, refrigerator, microwave oven, stove and eating utensils. All those inside your apartment unit, not in common areas, all free to use, not coin operated. The location was great. Literally a few steps away from Heiwajima station, you can't miss it. Nearby grocery and convenient stores plus some restaurants.

There's no elevator, and the stairs have a very small space, very tight to pass thru especially if you have a heavy large luggage to lift. I had to climb with my luggage to the 4th floor.
