非常に清潔で設備も充実していました。ロケーションも良く京浜急行の大森町駅まで徒歩5分足らずです。調理器具も最低限揃っていて自炊も可能ですので、長期滞在の場合はへたなビジホに泊まるくらいならこちらの方が断然良いです
3階建てなのでエレベーターがなく、階段が狭くて急なので、大きなスーツケースを持ってだと1階以外は昇り降りが大変です。 乾燥機が何故かベッドルームにあるので使用中は大変うるさいです。

設備新穎，廚房乾淨，有獨立烘衣機，對長時間居住的遊客友善，浴缸乾淨、浴缸以日本來說偏大，洗漱臺有跟浴室錯開，可在外面單獨使用。
要爬樓梯，對於剛好住在高樓層的住戶，或行李量多的旅客會是個困擾，室內活動空間偏小，遮光窗簾等同沒有效果，早上會被亮醒，隔音普通，雙人床的床型也是偏小尺寸
