About this apartment rental
We’re here for you all year round and offer vacation apartments with modern and cozy amenities in a quiet, central location in the heart of Warnemünde. Our vacation apartments, located at Poststraße 4 in an idyllic, landscaped courtyard, are reserved for non-smokers. The beach, the harbor, and the train station are all about a 5-minute walk away. Dear guests, welcome to the Rhau Apartment House! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Schwalbenflug” vacation apartment, located on the first floor, is accessible via an outdoor staircase. From the hallway, you enter the bathroom with a shower and the living room. There you’ll find the built-in kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, microwave, and everything else you might need. On the other side is the sofa, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. The apartment features a combination of tile and laminate flooring. The bedroom features a double bed. If you’d like to sit outside, you’re welcome to relax in our green courtyard.
The vacation apartment (renovated in 2024) is approximately 25 square meters in size, equipped for 2 people, and reserved for non-smokers.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.
A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, post office, grocery store, restaurants, Alter Strom, and more—all just around the corner.
Pet lovers and a maximum of one dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee applies when booking with a dog.

Children up to 5 years old, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
