We’re here for you all year round and offer vacation apartments with modern and cozy amenities in a quiet, central location in the heart of Warnemünde. Our vacation apartments, which are reserved for non-smokers, are located at Poststraße 4 in an idyllic, landscaped courtyard. The beach, the harbor, and the train station are all about a 5-minute walk away. Dear guests, welcome to the Rhau Apartment House! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
"Eibeneck" vacation apartment on the first floor. A small hallway leads into the apartment. Here you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed. Adjacent to it is the living area with a kitchenette. The living area features satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a cozy sitting area that can also be used for sleeping. The kitchenette includes a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. Seating is available in the green courtyard.
The vacation apartment (newly renovated in 2024) is approximately 25 square meters in size, equipped for 2 people, and reserved for non-smokers.


The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat)

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Services: Dogs allowed for a fee

Tourist tax in Rostock and Warnemünde starting at 01.09.2023:
Adults aged 15 and older: €3.70/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person 100% and has a registered service dog
Children up to 5 years old, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:

- Dog/cleaning: €30.00 one-time fee
