About this house rental
Wonderful Villa in a hilly position a few hundred meters from the lake renovated in Tuscan style.
Villa Claudia is the ideal place for your vacations composed by 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, modern kitchen equipped with everything you need, laundry, outdoor space with garden furniture and free parking.
Emanuela is proud to offer you the opportunity to stay in this wonderful place, a few kilometers from Bellagio, a few steps from a small supermarket, boat dock, post office and of course bus stop.
The management guarantees on request the shopping with free home delivery and of course reservations in typical restaurants and very characteristic of our small but charming country.
I will be happy to give you any kind of advice and organize for you excursions by E-Bike with guide, excursions by sailing boat with skipper and aperitif, guide for shopping Milan / Lugano, driver and if you want the possibility of renting motorboats with and without license, weakboard and water skiing courses and cooking classes at home.
Are excluded from the daily price:
Tourist tax € 2,00 per day per person, max 7 days excluding children under 11;
Heating, in the winter months, on consumption € 2,00 per cubic meter;
Extra persons € 25,00 per person per night:
Weekly linen change € 40,00;
Check in from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm;
Early check in is possible upon availability of the apartment and agreement with Emanuela.
In case of late check in will be applied a penalty equal to:
€ 50.00 from 22.00
€ 70.00 from 00.00
For check over 00.00, only if agreed in advance € 100
Emanuela will be happy to welcome you.
After booking you will have the phone number and you will be in touch via Whatsapp for any questions, the day before check in you will receive directions to reach the apartment and at the agreed time we will meet to carry out all the practices of police, taxes etc.. and you will be given all the information you need to enjoy your vacation.
Hygienic rules used in the apartment
The apartment is sanitized with certified equipment and steam at 100 degrees, an air purifier is used, the laundry washed at 90 degrees, the ladies who do the cleaning use gloves, mask and medical shoes, doors, handles, furniture and all surfaces are disinfected.
Everything is cleaned with sanitizing detergents.
The apartment will remain free for 24 hours before the next check in.

The villa was absolutely beautiful! Emi, our host was so wonderful and accommodating!
My only suggestion is that if you are wanting to explore Lake Como and surrounding areas, rent a car. Taxi's are not easily accessible and trying to get around is difficult.

The apartment is large and well decorated. It provided beautiful views of Lake Como. The difficulties encountered center around the difficulty of driving the roads on the Lake, especially driving the narrow switchback roads up from the "main" narrow busy road up to the apartment in the hillside. We attempted to use public buses to avoid driving, but they proved unreliable and either did not show up as scheduled or were filled to capacity and would not pick us up. The ferries proved much more reliable for traveling to the diffferent villages surrounding the lake.

Location was good…..nonworking tv….The biggest issue was the layout of the house….no bathroom or bedroom on first floor…the stairs we found dangerous as there was no railing on either set very difficult to climb and we had to hold on to the wall…..with luggage it was not easy for seniors like us…..We did however enjoy our stay despite these issues…
