Bellagio Villas

The property was in a great location, easily accessible to both Como and Bellagio, the lawns and access to the lake was also great.

Minor updates to modernising the property would go a long way, although the character of the property was very in keeping with the area.

Very spacious apartment, full kitchen, great view, and amazing host. Mattia went above and beyond for us. Good restaurant close by, near a bus stop, a short walk to the closest grocery store, and a lot of information about Lake Como in the apartment, which helped us a lot.

Außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Check in sehr gut vorbereitet. Man bekommt eine ausführliche Beschreibung, wie man ins Appartement kommt. Die Lage direkt am See ist super. Alles war sauber und für den Preis angemessen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Bushaltestelle in direkter Nähe.

This hotel is right on the water, which is very nice. I think this hotel would be nice with a group of people, but for a couple it is not ideal.

The location of this hotel is not ideal. You are not in walking distance to anything really so you must drive. The hotel also does not provide breakfast (unusual in Italy) so every morning you have to leave and go scout out a spot for coffee and breakfast. providing a light breakfast would have been nice.. Maybe this location would work for people, but we found it time consuming and frustrating to have to leave for every little thing and not be able to walk anywhere. There are also very limited options in the general area for food and drink, so we ended up spending hours in the evening trying to find a place to eat. We also found our 'villa' to be very disappointing. It was not a place you would to hang out in. We found we would wake up and just want to leave right away.
