Położenie obiektu tuż nad brzegiem jeziora oraz fakt, że była to mała miejscowość przez to dodatkowo Como zyskało na uroku
Powinna zostać zamieszczona informacja na temat tego, że do obiektu trzeba pokonać 389 stromych schodów co może stanowić zaskoczenie. Fakt, że taras stanowi drogę przejścia do mieszkania na górze również powinien być umieszczony w opisie gdyż może to być lekko szokujące dla osób chcących prywatności.
