Spa Stella Lario: This extraordinary 5½-room house (built in 2023) actually deserves far more than just one star! During the planning and construction, great emphasis was placed on eco-friendly building practices and the latest energy standards. Combined with the tasteful, modern interior design and the stunning views, this has resulted in a truly exceptional home where you’ll feel right at home. The 170 m² of living space, furnished with an eye for detail, is spread over two levels. From the parking area, you reach the rooftop terrace, and from there, a covered outdoor staircase leads to the ground-floor entrance. From every area, you can enjoy a stunning view of the lake, the opposite shore, and Isola Comacina in a sunny and peaceful setting. Two balconies, a terrace, and the enclosed garden invite you to simply indulge in doing nothing and let your hair down. Of course, the best place to do this is on the approximately 75 m² rooftop terrace with a hot tub. Here, that vacation feeling is guaranteed! If things do get a little too cozy, there are various sports activities available. At the beach, about 450 m away, you can go for a swim in Lake Como; there’s also a water-skiing and diving school nearby. Or you can borrow a canoe for free from the landlord (use at your own risk) and explore the lake. There are also plenty of ways to spend the day on land. Lezzeno, with its bars, cafés, grocery stores, restaurants, and various recreational activities, is only about 600 m away. The historic city of Como, with its romantic old town, is only about 20 km away, and the picturesque town of Bellagio, just about 8 km away, invites you to stroll and enjoy yourself. You can share all your experiences with the rest of the world via free Wi-Fi and make those who unfortunately had to stay home a little jealous. And at the end of a relaxing and unforgettable vacation, it’s up to you to decide how many stars the “Spa Stella Lario” truly deserves!
