Close to main attractions, loads of choices of restaurants good transport links, air conditioning was great and it was very clean.
We were G6 ground floor right by main entrance, the noise was horrific and constant throughout the night with other guests coming and going, but even though earplugs were provided it didn't help, also it stated in the welcome pack that quiet time was between 11 & 6 this was certainly not adhered to , also despite saying no stag & hen parties there most certainly was and very noisy they were to. Disappointed that the pool and rooftop solarium closed between 2 & 4.

Good location, close to the city centre.
No kettle to make a warm drink and a little noisy from the apartment above.

Reasonably priced. Had use of roof top pool if required.
No welcome pack - a carton of milk, as a minimum would have been good. An interior apartment on ground floor, which meant we had to keep blinds closed to stop people seeing in. Felt like we were in a cell.
