La comodidad del apartamento y el gusto con que está decorada en sí y la ubicación que tiene donde puedes ir andando a todos lados, tanto a la playa como a todos los sitios emblemáticos del centro de Málaga.

Sobre todo la ubicación. Llegas al centro en 5/10 minutos máximo, calle tranquila, dos plantas muy bien distribuidas y mucho espacio.

Très bon emplacement en centre-ville.
Duplex en sous-sol très sombre et humide avec une forte odeur d’humidité. Les deux niveaux sont sombres. La nuit, par contre, on est dérangé par les lumières extérieures qui arrivent par les puits de jour (les trous placés un peu partout pour faire arriver la lumière extérieure dans l’appartement). La terrasse n’est pas accessible. Son accès est verrouillé.
