Miguel who greeted us gave us a great deal of relevant information and was extremely helpful. We felt that if we had had any problems these would have been sorted out easily and quickly. We loved the outside spaces and how quiet the apartment was, especially as it was so central. There was always lots of hot water. Thought that the washing lines were good and also the shopping trolley was a great idea. The beds were very comfortable. The fact that it had two bathrooms was one of our criteria for choosing the flat - both were good.

The location of the Birgit appartment was perfect. We could easily and safely walk to the historic centre, touristic highlight and in 10 minutes to the beach. The service we received was excellent, although our cap was ´late´, because we arrived early, the transfer was arranged good. There was someone in the appartment to show us around and the office was always reachable. The last day we could leave our luggage at the office and there was even a space to change to flight clothes. All people were very friendly and willing to help and think with us. We had a perfect time at Birgit.
The place could have been a little bit more clean.

The location and the residence were great. Also the owners responded well to all our requests, they´re all nice and friendly people.
