Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief parkeren in de garage onder het complex. De locatie ten opzichte van het centrum en de bezienswaardigheden is top! En het gedeelde zwembad ook heel fijn om even af te koelen. Ook heel prettig contact met de eigenaar/beheerder.
De accommodatie zelf is uitstekend; als er dan toch een nadeel zou zijn (maar voor sommigen juist een voordeel) is dat het ook een perfecte uitvalsbasis is voor het uitgaanspubliek, wat bij hun terugkeer in de vroege uren niet altijd even stil is (zowel in het complex als op straat)

Huono ohje roskien vientipaikasta. Olisi ollut hyvä, jos se tieto olisi ollut jossain esillä asunnossa, kuten vesivaarastakin, siis sulkuohje. Uima-altaasta ei ollut tiedotettu, että se on lastenallas , siis matala. Ulkoa kuului joskus yöllä kovaa meteliä, koska ikkunat olivat yksinkertaiset. Meteliä aiheutti nuorten miesten joukko samassa talossa alakerroksessa.
