Holiday apartment in Málaga centre located on the 3rd floor of a newly built building with a lift, in the centre of Málaga. The property features a bright living room with air conditioning, dining table, flat-screen TV, a sofa and access to one of the terraces with a dining table. The apartment has a beautiful new kitchen with all accessories and a bathroom with a bathtub.
This holiday rental in Málaga centre has two terraces. One smaller terrace near the living room with east/northeast orientation to enjoy the morning sun and another larger terrace near the bedroom with west-northwest orientation to enjoy the sun from midday onwards.
The residence has two bedrooms:
A bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and access to a large terrace with furniture. A bedroom with two single beds, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and access to the fully furnished terrace.
There is a community swimming pool (not heated) on the roof of the building. Open all year round.

The apartment was clean, very comfortable and well equipped.
We liked to sit and eat out on the balcony accessed from the kitchen/lounge. Plus, the large patio off the bedrooms with very comfortable chairs and a sofa was perfect for relaxing as this area is completely private.
We slept well in comfortable beds and the apartment was quiet.
It is a short walk to nearby supermarkets and of course lots of excellent restaurants!
We hope to return soon, thank you for a lovely stay!

Good, quiet location. Clean and modern apartment with everything and more included in the kitchen. The two terraces were fantastic. The rooftop terrace and pool looked good but the weather unfortunately wasn’t hot enough to enjoy them yet.
