Holiday apartment in Málaga centre located on the 3rd floor of a newly built building with a lift, in the centre of Málaga. The property features a bright living room with air conditioning, dining table, flat-screen TV, a sofa and access to one of the terraces with a dining table. The apartment has a beautiful new kitchen with all accessories and a bathroom with a bathtub.
This holiday rental in Málaga centre has two terraces. One smaller terrace near the living room with east/northeast orientation to enjoy the morning sun and another larger terrace near the bedroom with west-northwest orientation to enjoy the sun from midday onwards.
The residence has two bedrooms:
A bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and access to a large terrace with furniture. A bedroom with two single beds, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and access to the fully furnished terrace.
There is a community swimming pool (not heated) on the roof of the building. Open all year round.

We had a great stay in this excellent apartment. The location was good and the apartment was well equipment and spacious. It has two great terraces to catch the afternoon and late evening sun. The meet and greet was waiting for us on arrival from the airport and gave us all details of the apartment and some information about Malaga. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again without doubt. Solaga are a company I would definitely use again.

The apartment is in an excellent location and is in a quiet street.Itwas extremely comfortable,clean & well equipped, it even has a shopping trolley bag which was useful coming back up from Dia supermarcado, which is a five minute walk away.Everything is within easy walking distance to cafes, bars & restaurants too numerous to mention! The cathedral, and other attractions 10 minutes away, with the Marina and beach a pleasant 15 minute stroll through the park.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we are coming back!
The pool gate from our apartment was locked and we were unable to gain access without going down to the ground floor and up on the other side.
