Doskonała lokalizacja pod każdym możliwym względem. Blisko centrum, blisko plaży, blisko atrakcji turystycznych. Mieszkanie duże, w pełni wyposażone, garaż na dwa samochody.
Mieszkanie choć duże, to nie do końca praktyczne. Jak na maks 6 osób to łazienka jest zdecydowanie za mała i dodatkowo połączona z toaletą. Kuchnia również stosunkowo mała ze stolikiem dla max dwóch osób. Większą grupą można jeść w salonie, ale tam z kolei znajdują się dwie sofy do spania - więc należy mieć to na uwadze. Wszystkie drzwi są przeszklone, co jest dużym minusem, kiedy część domowników chce spać, a część robić cokolwiek innego - zapalenie światła w jednym pomieszczeniu powoduje, że w innych jest jasno. Niezależnie od minusów obiekt jest do polecenia.

Дорого, в то же время детская кроватка оказалась платной, хотя в объявлении об этом ни слова. Не было некоторых стандартных вещей для кухни, напр. масло для жарки, чай, нет тёрки для крупных овощей, типо моркови. Также с учётом жёсткой воды, нужен фильтр. Вся мебель пахнет тухлостью и сыростью, посуда будто помыта одной тряпкой, на тарелках и в кастрюлях тёмные волосы.
