Great place for a family gataway

Proximity of the beach (5 min. walk), swimming pools (2 min. walk) and suburb train station (5 min. walk) and yet surprisingly quiet surroundings.

Problems with parking a car - 10 apartments but only 3 parking lots. Parking on the street a mission impossible.

We enjoyed our stay using it as a base for convenient visits to all 3 towns of Gdynia, Sopot and Gdansk

Good location near to both station (5 mins) and beach (10 mins)

Instructions were a bit complicated to gain entry and we were sent the apartment number after we actually arrived at the property so were very confused as to where we should go. Communication could be better.

Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet

the location was perfect, it has a stove so i can cook. it is walking distance to the beach and to the LIDL market

it was difficult to figure out how to use code to enter the building and then retrieve key but once i figured this out everything was good

A wonderful place to stay for a stopover in Sopot. Wish we could have stayed for longer.

Beautiful apartment and great location.

The parking was a little more difficult we didn’t know if we could drive in so eventually parked on the street when we found a spot. But that wasn’t a real problem at all.

We like it out of season

Renovated vila with modern and fully equipped apartments including coffee machine in a good location: 7 mins to the railway station, 5 mins to the grocery and the beach, 3 mins to the aquapark.

It's a little bit far from the center of Sopot (~35-40 mins by foot) but this was not a bad thing for us. Just to make it clear about the location - it's literally on the border between Sopot and Gdynia.

The Willa is very secure, with easy access, excellent rooms, and comfy beds, plenty of kitchen utensils if you wanted to cook, or have a takeaway. Jacuzzi bath was a bonus.

The electric cord was pulled out of the lamp, unable to use it, The apartment is for up to six persons, but only 2 seats on the balcony. There were only 3 of us, but 2 chairs were insufficient. The next room had take away, and put the rubbish outside the room, rather than take it straight to the bin, the next morning, the whole staircase smelled

Very nice property and the surroundings Very clean We had all we need for our 3 days stay . Nice walk to seaside through park I liked the location very much

Parking problem, sometimes it was a lottery whether a place will be nearby to leave a car We stayed in a small cottage separated from main building The 3 beds are on an atresola and the stairs definitely not for children neither for older persons

Best combo of price and quality. For resting after sity rush - perfect.

Quiet place, close to the nature and see, with nice terase for cossy mornings. Far away from turist rush, but close enougth to major Sopot facilities. Sorounded by trees. One morning the fox visit us. All of that is rare at such a popular turist location. In addition - product shop is nearby.

Fills... a bit small. Some strange and not comfortable furniture solutions. Some things - like spoons, plates and so on - coud be looking... not so cheep. Just a bit imagination... outside of IKEA)

Fabulous

We loved the stay. We were located in the annex - it felt really private and like home It was cozy, clean and comfortable. We highly recommend. Few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, shops and train station.

Perfect location, close to everything, tje beach, train station, LIDL, good restaurants. The apartment is cozy and is welll prepared, the bed is excelent.

The Wifi doesn't work properly, if you want to work remote from there sometimes you may get some issues

Location is superb. Forest park, beach, aqua park, grocery store, train station, gas station - everything is within 5-10 minutes reach. We were also impressed by room design and facilities - all very good.

Nice accomodation with horrible staff

Nice location, clean and nice room

Horrible communication with the staff. We had a problem, which we were able to solve quickly, but the staff didn’t help at all, only ask us to search the solution ať the booking site, even hung up the phone on us. Later they gave us wrong code to the door and even later we had to bag them to lend us remote c. to parking, even if they promised the parking place just few hours before that (they came with the key after the lady on the phone said angrily …so you can have it!. And don’t beleive they will be at the reception, even if they are claiming it, there wasn’t anyone.

Great villa with nice park like site. Highlight for our kid was a fox running around. Great team. The rooms are spacious, with quite modern smart home equipment.

Location is a bit too far from downtown of Sopot, so it's possible to enjoy the seashore and the forest nearby. It was a bit more difficult than usual with booking with deposit etc. It's important to ensure that the parking on the site is reserved for you. May be a bit more glasses and cutlery in the room would be helpful.

We stayed in the garden cottage. The cottage is really nice and cosy, and we really liked the garden. Its near the beautiful beach and a 20 minutes to walk to the center of Sopot.

The bed in the master bedroom is to hard to sleep good. There should have been a window on the loft in the cottage.

It was cozy ant charming time in Sopot

Great, quiet location, a few steps from the villa are the stairs down to the beaches and and a charming little restaurant Piaskownica which we’ve loved. It seems the villa has been newly restored or renovated so it still smells good. The interior is very stylish, cozy and bright, you will find all the utensils, even a coffee machine, in the apartments. The courtyard of the villa is cozy and nice too. Thank you for stay!!! We liked it very much

There was a short problem with wi-fi first day, which was needed for work, but internet problem was solved right as soon as we reported about it.

We liked everything on the villa. It is new. All the equipment and furniture and linen and dishes were of high quality. The villa is very cosy and comfortable. There are all you need. It’s situated in 5 -7 minutes walking distance to the sea. The villa has a beautiful well maintained green area. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Recommend

Good

Location (near the beach and park, shops etc). Nice, clean, newly renovated apartment with kitchenette and jacuzzi bathtub in the room. Free breakfast at the beach restaurant as compensation for the problems with the facilities in the room.

Problems with the internet during all time of our stay (most of time wi-fi didn't worked at all, couple of days - available but not stable). It was impossible to open the window /door to the terrace, as the handle was broken. As the apartment is on the ground floor it was inconvenient to open other windows. Some other problems with the equipment at the kitchen area. In this whole situation, I was surprised that the problems could not be fixed within a week, especially the Internet...

Excellent stay in Sopot by the beach.

Really nice apartment, close to the beach. Clean and there is everything that you would need. They also accepted dog with no questions. All in all an amazing stay in Sopot.

Only 3 private parking spots. There is no problem to find parking on the street, but private parking is always better. Dishwasher did not work.

Blisko plaza, do centrum 15 minut plaza, obok lidl i aquapark🙂oraz przystanek autobusowy i PKP. W apartamencie bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżko, ekspres z kawa, zmywarka, pralka, suszarka. Super prysznic. Byliśmy zima podczas mrozów -14, w pokojach bardzo ciepło.

Było super

Przyjemny apartament – ciepło dzięki ogrzewaniu podłogowemu, wygodne łóżko, czysta wanna. Wszystko zadbane i czyste. Świetna lokalizacja blisko centrum. Kawa z ekspresu pyszna. Pani Marysia bardzo miła i pomocna, dopytywała czy czegoś nam nie brakuje i czy czegoś potrzebujemy. Polecam!!

Świetny punkt na kilkudniowy odpoczynek w Sopocie

Lokalizacja bardzo sympatyczna. Dosłownie tuż obok [ok. 200 m] od sopockiego akwaparku, do najbliższego lidla było niecałe 400 m, a 100 m za lidlem coś naprawdę extra - czyli stacja Sopot Kamienny Potok trójmiejskiej eS-Ka-eMki, czyli takiego śródmiejskiego metra, które jeździ co 10-15 minut pomiędzy Gdańskiem a Gdynią [a nawet Wejherowem - gdy ktoś się zechce tam wybrać :) ]. Zaraz obok posesji zejście schodami do pięknego parku nadmorskiego i plaży. Do centrum Sopotu ['Monciak' i molo] spacer wzdłuż morza zajmuje ok. 20 minut.

Chyba wydajność ogrzewania wody użytkowej [w kranach i prysznicu] może być niewystarczająca, gdy zbyt dużo kwater zostanie zajętych przez gości naraz. Niestety w dwa ostatnie wieczory nie mogliśmy się wykąpać, bowiem woda z kranów była po prostu zimna. Prawdopodobnie nowi goście tak bardzo zużyli cały zapas ciepłej wody [nie wiem, czy może mieli jakieś jacuzzi albo coś podobnego?], że dla naszej rodzinki już jej nie wystarczyło. Musieliśmy więc czekać do rana, żeby się woda zdołała nagrzać do odpowiedniej temperatury :(

Wymarzone miejsce na pobyt w Sopocie :)

Biorąc pod uwagę najlepszy apartament w Willi (parter/przyziemie) z tarasem - to był to wyjątkowy pobyt :). Być może pokoje wychodzące na ulice (także z bocznym widokiem) są gorsze - my trafiliśmy na wyjątkowy pokój w dodatku w świetnej cenie (a był to jednak jakiś tam sezon: między świętami a Nowym Rokiem). Szybko przesłana faktura, super zameldowanie, brak potrącania kaucji - może inni piszący opinie mieli do czynienia z poprzednim właścicielem lub operatorem. My oceniamy nasz pobyt jako idealny! Lokalizacja wymarzona: minutę pieszo do aqua parku, pięć minut pieszo nad morze (tylko schodami w dół zbocza), 20 minut pieszo na molo, 4-5 minut pieszo do Lidla i na stację SKM. W dodatku obiekt poza strefą płatnego parkowania - co w Sopocie jest rzadkością. Nie korzystaliśmy nawet w ciasnego parkingu na terenie Willi, bo spokojnie stanęliśmy przed obiektem i przez kilka dni auta nie ruszaliśmy, swobodnie korzystając ze świetnej komunikacji miejskiej w Trójmieście.

99 procent rzeczy było super, piękne stylowe wnętrza, dopracowanie w szczegółach (designerskie włączniki i kontakty!), bardzo sopocki styl, pięknie utrzymany ogród etc. Tylko niektóre meble mocno wyeksploatowane (1-2 krzesła), złote klamki nie komponujące się ze srebrną armaturą łazienkową - ale to detale. Trzeba się też przyzwyczaić do stylowych kurków z zimną i ciepłą wodą - zamiast jednego łatwo regulowanego, ale to naprawdę szczegóły. Może inni Wynajmujący mieli pecha - my możemy o pobycie mówić w samych superlatywach, z fakturą wysłaną w dniu wyjazdu, z miłym dyskretnym pytaniem Gospodarzy czy pobyt ok czy niczego nie potrzebujemy etc. Lokalizacja - naszym zdaniem - najlepsza w całym Sopocie, a pobyt w apartamencie o wiele bardziej komfortowy niż w hotelach w pobliżu (własna kuchnia, ekspres do kawy, duża powierzchnia apartamentu - zwłaszcza sypialnia jest bardzo duża).

Śmierdzący koszmar!

Wizualnie czysto i mimo pozostałych trudności, możliwy kontakt z obsługą rezerwacji.

Pokój w piwnicy - obrzydliwy nieznośny smród starej gnijącej cebuli i padliny, lekko octowy tylko słodkawy, wydobywał się z wentylacji, raz mocniej raz słabiej ale cały czas. Zmuszona byłam z córką spędzić tam noc, bo nie wymieniono nam pokoju. Dostałyśmy nudności i bólu głowy! Reklamacja została przyjęta, niestety mija właśnie miesiąc, a zwrotu pieniędzy nadal nie dostałam! Koszmarne miejsce, żaden wystrój wnętrza nie jest w stanie zastąpić zdrowego powietrza.
