Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko na przystanek w stronę Gdyni, do mola krótki spacer. Po drugiej stronie ulicy Żabka. Apartament wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Ekspres do kawy + kapsułki. Drugi, przelewowy w szafce. Na duży plus - płyn do mycia naczyń i kapsułki do zmywarki w kuchni + dodatkowe worki na śmieci. Niby drobiazg, ale często tego nie ma ;) Auto w podziemnym garażu, jasne instrukcje od Gospodarza co do wejścia na teren budynku. Nawet dzieci były w stanie samodzielnie otworzyć furtkę, drzwi do budynku i drzwi do mieszkania. Apartament zlokalizowany na parterze, zaraz za drzwiami wejściowymi do budynku - jeśli ktoś nie jest przyzwyczajony do odgłosów w bloku (wchodzenie i wychodzenie innych lokatorów), to wyłapie ich wejścia i wyjścia, ale ogólnie bardzo cicho w obiekcie. Dla nas to była baza wypadowa, sprawdziła się doskonale.

Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone.Doskonała lokalizacja,blisko do morza i centrum.
W apartamencie było chłodno,zwłaszcza nocą. Ogrzewanie było wyłączone .Musielismy się dogrzewać dostepną dmuchawą.
