Wnętrze urządzone w dobrym guście. Stylowo. Komfortowe łóżka. Cisza w mieszkaniu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Parking miejski pod apartamentem (niestety płatna strefa). Dodatkowe walory to rzutnik skonfigurowany ze streaming'ami, stół bilardowy. Dużo miejsca do relaksu i wypoczynku. Wystarczająca przestrzeń przy 3 osobach dorosłych i 3 dzieci. Dość dobry kontakt z pomocą techniczną w sytuacji awarii w apartamencie.
Ogólnie apartament dość czysty, ale niestety było kilka elementów pozostawiających dużo do życzenia - bardzo brudna zmywarka, niedrożne odpływy, bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience z powodu awarii rur. Słabo wyposażona kuchnia, 4 kubki przy 6 łóżkach, bardzo mało akcesoriów kuchennych. Zaniedbane detale typu jeden wieszak ręcznikowy w łazience, zniszczona podłoga powodująca potykanie się o wystające panele.
