Lovley

Location was close to all shops and mway links, Host was accommodating and provided late checkout as Kids were up late. I would recommend for anyone visiting the area. Kitchen very spacious and clean also the bedrooms good size and cozy. The bathroom and lighting also very nice

Great, for getting to town

Very modern with good appliances. Tv had Netflix and various apps for bbc, itv and YouTube. Tea, coffee and milk were available. Shower had soaps and shampoo.

A lovely terrace house very clean and modern.

The property was very modern with a lovely kitchen and bathroom with under floor heat. Everything was very clean. We were met by the owner who was a lovely man.

Great stay

The whole place was very well appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Parking was easy, right outside the door.

I would caution anyone who has walking difficulties that there is a very steep staircase to the upper floor. It was ok for us, but anyone really elderly or unsteady would find it difficult. For anyone else, I'd highly recommend this property.

Excellent accommodation in a quiet location. The property is fully equipped with all you need. The owner is friendly and helpful. He responded to my messages immediately and assisted to remove subtitles from the TV, without any issue. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Burnley.

The fridge freezer is located in the main lounge and can be noisy whilst watching TV. Plenty of room for it in the kitchen. Very minor issue. Did not interfere with our lovely stay.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Included washing machine, outside clothesline, hairdryer, Netflix. The owner met us for check-in and was really nice. He took the time to show us how to use the heater etc.

The bathroom and kitchen were stunning, pristine cleanliness, the house was lovely and warm.

That we spent ages searching for the WiFi, I text the host in the end to get it. Leave it on a memo board in the kitchen or living room potentially would be better.

It was easy to find, I parked right outside, the Host met me and was most helpful. It was beautifully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. Plenty of room.

The settees were a little low and a bit uncomfortable for me - but I am older. A young family might find them suitable.

A great stay for a large property at a good price

The property was very clean and modern with plenty of space inside. Great location with parking available outside the property. The owner was very helpful as we arrived at 5am. We well recommended this property needing to staying in the Burnley area.

Lovely house for an overnight stay

Spotlessly clean throughout. Lovely modern kitchen and living area. The beds were very comfortable & the bathroom was superb (spotlessly clean and beautifully designed), with a built-in hair dryer and hand dryer. There was plenty of space throughout the property - it will sleep up to 7 people (including 2 couples) comfortably. Free wifi and smart TV were a nice touch.

I didn’t dislike anything. I think a couple of touches, such as kitchen roll in the kitchen and a toilet brush and cleaning fluid in the bathroom, would have been useful but, otherwise, the property was lovely.

Parking was on street parking near the property We were a party of 6 and not enough seats to sit on. Just had a 3 seater sofa and 3 bar stools in the kitchen.

Happy with our night in Burnley.

The house was very clean & and accommodated us for our family of 5, good parking right outside house, that was very helpful, the backyard was clean & tidy, everything worked. We had a good stay, it was nice someone was there to meet us & let us in. I had to pay £100 deposit when we got there by bank transfer & when we left I txt the nice man who let us in to say we'd left & within 30min the deposit was back in my account. He always replied to my messages quickly & was very helpful. Very pleased thank you.

I can't really say there's anything we didn't like about this house, we did recommend maybe another 1 or 2 chairs in the sitting room for comfort & they said thank you for my opinion, but this didn't impact our stay.
