Very poor

Location, outlook and parking.

Whole apartment is tired and grubby. Handheld shower leaked in all directions, no hot water on one day for shower. No instructions for appliances, no way of lighting gas cooker. Very poorly equipped. Any cutlery and crockery we used had to be washed prior to use. One champagne flute cracked, only one other wine glass. No sharp knives. Strange smell in the kitchen, whenever windows had been closed. Sink area and fridge not clean. Shortly after arrival we had decided to abandon this property when cleaners arrived, they gave a basic clean of the bathroom and toilet, changed the bedding and we had already begun to clean the kitchen.

Franchement pas grand choses à part le dévouement de l’homme de ménage pour rattraper le coup

L’état de propreté était lamentables Appartement non disponible, obliger d’attendre sur le parking avec les enfants alors qu’il était 18:00, celui ci devait être dispo à 16:00! Les casseroles, verres, assiettes, sales et pas assez nombreux Salle de bain très sale (photos à l’appuie)
