Alloggio vicinissimo al centro che si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuticon una piacevole passeggata, street food nelle vicinanza,, posto auto nel garage dell'edificio, 3 comode camere matrimoniali di cui una più grande con lavandino e doccia, grado di pulizia generale molto buono, host molto disponibile in caso di necessità e attento alle richieste degli ospiti.
Il bagno alla francese, con wc separato e senza bidet. Questa però risulta una soluzione comoda se si alloggia in molte persone, perché se uno utilizza il wc il bagno e la doccia risultano comunque liberi. I letti "alla fracese" che sono leggermente più piccoli delle dimensioni standard.

Excellentes explications pour l'entrée autonome. Excellents échanges avec Thomas. La résidence est très bien située et gros + le parking, résidence sécurisée. Grand appartement avec 3 belles chambres et 2 sdb. Nous avons croisé des voisins propriétaires très sympa. Une très belle soirée étape sur le trajet des vacances mais nous aurions pu y rester pour un + long séjour tellement le vieux Mans est beau.
