Appartement hyperpropre,joli et de bon goût,très bien ammenagé jusque dans les moindres détails(pharmacie de secours!),cosy,proche de la gare et commerces(supermarche ds rue adjacente 5').pour info,le bouton contre la penderie chambre est utile pr le chauffage .lits confortables .bonne qualité.grand appartement confortable

Très mal isolé phoniquement et proche du rd point dc bruyant tard le soir et tres tot matin(boules quies indispénsables).2eme etage sans ascenseur dc prévoir peu de bagages et de courses.parking payant(à préciser++) en journee et gratuit de 19h à 9h..et relativt accessible dans la rue selon les heures.

Emplacement, qualité du logement et des services parfait pour découvrir Le Mans et son circuit !

L’appartement est idéalement situé proche de la gare et de son parking (11€ environ /jour) mais avec également un parking face au logement mais plus onéreux sauf le soir à partir de 19h jusqu’au lendemain 9h où l’emplacement est gratuit. Nous avons donc jonglé entre les deux suivant nos besoins. Le tram est accessible à pied depuis le logement mais aussi au niveau de la gare Sud en traversant celle-ci par un tunnel piétonnier qui accède à la gare Nord. Le circuit du Mans est accessible directement depuis la ligne 1 du Tram en 20 minutes mais prévoyez de la marge car les trams sont vite bondés. Restauration, boulangerie et Carrefour market sont également au pied de l’établissement ce qui est pratique pour éviter d’utiliser la voiture. L’appartement situé au dernier étage reçoit beaucoup de luminosité et n’a pas réellement de vis à vis (bureaux fermés le week-end et éloignés). Les volumes importants amènent de la clarté et la décoration, bien choisie, apporte un côté cocooning et bien-être. La literie grande est confortable et le canapé lit est suffisamment grand pour accueillir 2 personnes (adolescents dans notre cas). Enfin, la disponibilité du propriétaire, sa bienveillance, son écoute et sa gentillesse finalise positivement le choix de ce logement. Pour celles et ceux qui ont peur que le propriétaire soit omniprésent lors de leur séjour, rassurez-vous car nous n’avons échangé avec lui que par téléphone au tout début du séjour et les clés sont à récupérer dans un petit coffre installé à la porte d’entrée. Merci Éric & Sandrine pour votre implication à ce que nous passions un agréable moment dans vos logements !

En ce qui concerne les points d’amélioration pour encore plus de plaisir, nous vous suggérons d’ajouter une multiprise avec une rallonge mise sous goulotte au niveau de la cuisine pour profiter des éléments (bouilloire, grille pain) sans avoir à les déplacer de l’autre côté de la cuisine. Du côté de la douche, la robinetterie mériterait un mitigeur thermostatique compatible avec votre chaudière à gaz pour un confort d’usage et pour éviter un risque de brûlure pour les enfants (mon ado de 14 ans a toutefois réussi à l’utiliser sans problème mais avec un avertissement sur l’utilisation de notre part pour éviter tout incident). Enfin, le réseau concédait une certaine lenteur ce qui gâchait la visualisation des programmes TV, malgré l’utilisation du réseau indiqué. Toutes ces remarques n’ont pour but que d’améliorer encore davantage la satisfaction des locataires et n’a en rien gâcher notre beau séjour au Mans.
