A very comfortable, Well equipped and clean apartment near the train station of Mans. Kind owners and great communication. The only thing that bothered me was the noise off the busy street near by.

L'appartement est cosy, idéalement situé (à deux pas de la gare et des transports en commun, à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville). Pour une réservation de dernière minute, les hôtes ont été très réactifs et à l'écoute.

L'appartement n'est pas très bien insonorisé et le ménage n'était pas bien fini.

Propre, bien situé, fonctionnel et bien décoré je recommanderais

Appartement très bien situé à côté de la gare, quatre minutes à pied. Accès facile et autonome. Système de vidéosurveillance à l'entrée, vous apprécierez ou pas c'est selon . Système de régulation de température Auto gérée par le loueur à distance. Vous apprécierez ou pas c'est selon . Appartement très bien équipé, machine à laver le linge avec sa pastille et machine à laver la vaisselle avec sa pastille. Largement suffisant pour une semaine de séjour. J'ai eu deux capsules de café, marque dolce Gusto qui vont avec la machine. il y a le nécessaire pour faire le ménage, la vaisselle. J'ai apprécié quelques ingrédients de base comme l'huile le sel et le poivre qui ne sont pas toujours présent et qui évite d'aller acheter exprès pour deux jours. le four à chaleur tournante permet de faire rapidement un petit plat. La douche est agréable et la salle de bain bien pratique. Il y a un canapé relativement confortable et qui visiblement peut servir pour deux personnes supplémentaires en couchage . Il y a une couette supplémentaire qui n'était pas de trop vu la température lors de mon passage, la nuit mais également devant la télé ou pour travailler. L'extérieur semble très agréable mais je n'ai pas pu en profiter au vu de la saison il y a néanmoins un bel espace . J'étais au rez-de-chaussée et c'était relativement confortable . l'isolation phonique n'est pas extraordinaire mais suffisant. L'isolation thermique est clairement plus trop adapté. Les marbres de Cheminées sont glacés. Ceci dit, cela n'a pas dérangé mon séjour. J'ai trouvé l'appartement propre, fonctionnel et bien décoré à mon arrivée . Le propriétaire est très réactif .

Il y a juste la température en janvier, qui était plus proche de 18 que 19 mais je viens des montagnes alors ça va . Quand le soleil arrive c'est agréablement plus chaud . Plusieurs horloges déco mais aucune fonctionnel, il faut mettre des piles.
