The High Pointe Resort is a beautiful property which is well maintained and nicely landscaped. The pool was also beautiful, clean and well maintained. There are a lot of chairs and umbrellas so it never felt crowded. It was a very quick walk to the beach down a boardwalk. Our unit came with access to two chairs and an umbrella set up for us each day at the beach. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. I liked that there were plenty of hangers too. We would definitely return if we are able to.
There were a few broken items that should have been fixed. The doors to the master shower room were broken which was annoying. The fan remote in the second bedroom was broken and missing batteries.

The location to the beach is great.
We wish we had known that we needed to request in advance for our beach chairs and umbrella to be set up in the front.
