An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

We have stayed at HP for 15 years and this is the best service yet. The unit was just right, reasonable and Benchmark kept in contact with us in case we needed anything. Using Benchmark again!

The location of this unit is amazing. First-floor walk in for pool and instant access to the beach. For the convenience alone, I would consider renting again. The condo itself is nicely furnished, but the amenities could be improved. There was no coffee filters or coffee for the machine, only one roll of TP in each bathroom, no tissue boxes and only no hand soaps at any sink. The carpet in the bedrooms also need to be cleaned, and there was popcorn under one of the beds in the double-bed room. If you arrive earlier than 4pm for check in, do not plan to get early access. You will not even be allowed into the gated property before 4pm, and you will have to drive/walk around with luggage, etc., before the unit is ready. Also, it is a good idea to bring your own laundry pods as the unit will leave you two laundry soaps and two dishwasher soaps. The property management states there are no beach towels/toys, however, there is a closet with a couple of boards, chairs, towels and sand toy sets for the beach. The unit also comes with complimentary beach chair and umbrella set up each day, with is really great.

First floor, right outside the pool, a short walk to beach! Can’t beat it! Love high pointe! Would suggest a toaster and figuring out the fan/lights in the rooms. They are all work together so if you turn one off, it turns the other on. No major issues, love this condo!
