The condo was clean and had picturesque gulf views that are the very best in the world. This is a ground level condo which overlooks the berm and the gulf. Gorgeous views from the master and the living room. We've stayed in several condos ground level in the East building and this one was a great place with many amenities. The condo had many perks outside of the views including a full stocked closet of blender, air fryer, toaster, vitamix, glass pyrex dishes. There was some zip lock bags, aluminum, salt/pepper, cooking spray, honey, seasonings left. They stocked us with Laundry pods, dryer sheets and dishwasher pods, soap, sponge and kitchen towels for our 2 week stay. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the condo, the overall High Pointe community, pools, beaches etc. We are giving this place 9 stars just because we have some preferences that we wish the condo would have had. For example, it had dishes for 8, but had 6 drinking glasses and 8 plastic wine glasses. Pots/pans were good, several kitchen utensils. Could use additional utensils like measuring spoons, spatula, sharper knives, more / different types of drink ware made of glass (wine, martinis, juice glasses). We would have preferred refreshed patio furniture and a table/chairs outdoors for dining vs. the couch set which was not super comfy. Still amazing just sharing our preferences. Communications with owner and management was outstanding, polite and prompt.
