High Pointe is a private gated resort, nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Experience the upscale shops, restaurants, and events of Rosemary and Alys Beach all within a 5-minute walk. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!
The Merchants of Seacrest Beach is located directly across the street less than .2-miles from the resort and has several boutiques and restaurants. We booked this place very last minute and felt great about what we got for the price we paid. The location is excellent- walking distance to Rosemary beach. The included bicycles and beach chair and umbrella set were also a huge perk. We didn’t use the pool because it was too cold- the ocean was warmer. The beach front property is amazing, and crabby Steve’s has great food - we felt fortunate to have that on site. All around a really good family vacation spot.

Great week at awesome condo. Have stayed in this unit before and it’s one of my favorites. Beautifully decorated and fully furnished.

The view from this unit is amazing. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for 5 of us. The grounds were very clean and the beach and pool was perfect. I loved that Craby Steve’s is located on property. The food and drinks there were great. This property is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Rosemary beach is also a quick bike ride or walk away. I will definitely be staying here again. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this place.
