We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect - a short walk to both the beach and Rosemary Beach shops. The kids loved the pool, and the bikes and the beach umbrella service were used every day. The property manager was very responsive. All the bedrooms were large and we had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again.

This space was perfect for our group of six, I liked how everyone had a bathroom attached to their bedroom. Pool was great for post-beach or morning, bikes were a nice touch. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. Our only complaint (and it happened on everyone's bed) was that the fitted sheet didn't really fit and would roll off the mattress. Other than that, beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Great location, loved the beach access and chair/umbrella rental, loved the bikes provided, and the management response was wonderful. Unfortunately, the house is well worn: blinds broken, couch has seen better days, the patio furniture seems old and not maintained, and the landscaping is unkempt, and the pool was dirty most of the week. We didn’t spend much time outside on the patios and didn’t use the pool but if we had small kids I would have had to go to the store to get cleaning products and give the outside a good scrubbing before letting kids around the pool area. Btw, the coffee maker requires cone filters, not what is on the site/app description.
