'High on Life" is perfectly situated on the beach side of 30A. So close to Rosemary Beach (literally 1 block) and a 3-4 minute walk to Alys Beach.
Local Restaurants and shops, bike rentals, beach chair rentals, coffee and ice cream shops are all right outside this upscale gated community. Crabby Steve's is on the only restaurant located on the beach that is reserved for High Pointe owners and guests. Great ocean views from this wonderful condo that has such a good "beachy" feel. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit comfortably sleeps up to 10 people with a fully stocked kitchen, GE washer-dryer, 4 TVS, free Wifi, cable, and large balconies overlooking the ocean, pool and rooftops of Rosemary Beach. Quiet top floor/end unit so there is no one above you to make noise.

Great view and awesome private and gated condos .Very clean and love being able to walk to lots of Rosemary beach shops and upscale dining. 5 min from. Allys beach and 25 min from watercolor and seaside areas !

Everything about this location was true to the listing. We enjoyed our stay and the beach and pool were magnificent. Our only complaint was that the floor was not swept to our standard but that is only a reflection of the cleaning crew and not of the host. Hopefully this was an isolated incident and isn’t the norm. Outside of that, the unit was very nice. Crabby Steve’s is an incredible little restaurant on the beach too.

The condo was fairly nice. There are multiple outlets that do not work which makes it difficult to charge tech products and kitchen appliances. Additionally, the outdoor patio furtnitire needs updating as it is all rusted out and would pose a hazard to younger kids/toddlers. The most difficult situation was the pool being closed for the entire week we were there. It poked back up at 3pm on the Friday before we left. Although this isn’t the owners fault, the lack of proactive communication and outreach on their part was disappointing to say the least. I would expect regular communications from the condo owners and or the property managers to keep us updated.
